As part of our ongoing investment in the modernization of our production facilities, we have implemented an ADVANSYS GR1-25 robotic system featuring a FANUC Clean Room robot for the automated handling and packaging of cheese portions.
The system automatically picks cheese portions from the production line and transfers them to a dynamic checkweigher, where each portion is accurately weighed. When required, the system can also provide automatic batch label printing, supporting product traceability and process control.
Designed for applications with high hygiene and safety requirements, the robotic solution incorporates dedicated safety and control systems to ensure reliable operation.
The system also features data exchange capabilities with the existing SCADA system, together with remote access for process monitoring and control.
The implementation of this robotic solution represents another important step in the automation and modernization of our cheese production processes, combining productivity, precision and enhanced quality control.
