Designed to minimize human intervention, the new line provides a highly controlled and hygienic production environment. Its fully enclosed design helps maintain consistent production conditions while supporting the highest standards of hygiene and product safety.
With a capacity of up to 6,000 bottles per hour, the line offers excellent flexibility, handling bottle formats ranging from 200 ml to 2,000 ml. This allows us to efficiently respond to different market requirements while maintaining consistent quality across our product range.
The production line is equipped with a dedicated CIP (Cleaning in Place) system, enabling automated cleaning of the equipment without dismantling. This ensures efficient and consistent cleaning while further enhancing hygiene and operational efficiency.
Automation continues through to the final stage of the process. An advanced robotic palletizer automatically arranges finished products onto pallets, ensuring precise, efficient and safe handling before the products move into storage and distribution.
