As part of the ongoing modernization and automation of our production facilities, we have implemented an ADVANSYS YOGURT MAXI robotic palletizing system, integrated at the end of two yogurt production lines.
The system automatically identifies which production line the finished product is coming from and selects the appropriate palletizing pattern accordingly. This allows a single robot to handle different pallet configurations, depending on the specific product and packaging format.
Automated grouping, stacking and palletizing ensure high precision and efficiency in the handling of finished products, while also optimizing the use of space and supporting smoother internal logistics.
The implementation of this system represents another important step in the automation and digitalization of our production processes, further strengthening our manufacturing capabilities and operational efficiency.
